If this is your first order or a one-time order, you are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after delivery.
We'll issue a refund to the same form of payment used to process the order.
You don't have to send any product back.
If you're requesting a refund for a subscription reorder that has already shipped, we are happy to refund up to 50% of that order.
At this time, we do not accept returns. Refusal of delivery goes against our company policy, so we are only able to refund 50%. Please make certain your subscription is canceled.
