We won’t take it personally, we promise! If you are unhappy with your first order of Sundays we're happy to cancel your subscription and refund your trial order. No return necessary! Just email us at [email protected].

Some details:

  • Your first order is refundable within 14 days of delivery. Sundays' money-back guarantee only applies to your first order. You will not receive a refund for any unwanted boxes you receive after your first order, unless Sundays has shipped them to you in error. If you wish to make a change in your subscription, you must make the change at least twenty-four (24) hours before the order processes.

  • We send an email 48 hours before your renewal to inform you, therefore we're unable to refund any unwanted renewals.

  • Due to stringent quality control measures at our shipping facility we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you donate the unwanted shipment to a rescue or shelter and provide us with proof of donation, we are happy to refund you 50% of the order. You can read more about the Sharing Sundays program here! This is only applicable to your most recent order. We cannot offer refunds for donated orders more than one month old.

  • Refusals of delivery without explicit permission from our company go against our protocol. We cannot guarantee a refund for refused deliveries.

  • Shipping costs for sample orders are non-refundable.

  • Sundays is a different kind of dog food, and since our recipes are more nutritionally dense than traditional kibble, we offer personalized feeding instructions on our website. To be effective we recommend starting with a gradual transition period. Upon ordering, these instructions will be emailed to you, but you can also find them in our FAQ. We require starting with these recommendations to avoid overfeeding and potential tummy trouble.

  • Management of subscriptions is the customers full responsibility. Sundays is not responsible for the management of the creation of multiple subscriptions, accounts created with multiple email addresses, or addresses with typos. Please make certain all of your subscriptions are canceled. Our team is always happy to help sort out any account errors or duplicates, please have patience as we do our best to get things sorted for you.

    As a small business, we are grateful you've taken the time to familiarize yourself with our return policy! While we would love to be able to issue refunds on absolutely everything, please understand that we can only issue refunds within the confines of this policy.
