We won’t take it personally, we promise! If you are unhappy with Sundays in any way we're happy to cancel your subscription and refund your trial order. No return necessary! Just email us at [email protected] or cancel from your subscription page.

Some details:

  • Your two week trial is refundable within 14 days of delivery.

  • We'll issue a refund to the same form of payment used to process the order.

  • You don't have to send any product back.

  • If you're requesting a refund for a subscription reorder that has already shipped, we are happy to refund 50% of that order.

  • At this time, we do not accept returns. Refusal of delivery goes against our company policy, so we are only able to refund 50%. Please make certain all of your subscriptions are canceled.

  • Sundays is a different kind of dog food, and since our recipes are more nutritionally dense than traditional kibble, we offer personalized feeding instructions on our website. To be effective we recommend starting with a gradual transition period. Upon ordering, these instructions will be emailed to you, but you can also find them in our FAQ. We require starting with these recommendations to avoid overfeeding and potential tummy trouble.

  • Management of subscriptions is the customers full responsibility. Sundays is not responsible for the management of the creation of multiple subscriptions, accounts created with multiple email addresses, or addresses with typos. Our team is always happy to help sort out any account errors or duplicates, please have patience as we do our best to get things sorted for you.

    As a small business, we are grateful you've taken the time to familiarize yourself with our return policy! While we would love to be able to issue refunds on absolutely everything, please understand that we can only issue refunds within the confines of this policy.
