If your shipment is labeled as "in transit" and the tracking has not been updated in over a week, please contact us! Sometimes the best we can do to help with missing shipments is replace them.

Unfortunately, if your package has been marked as "delivered," we cannot be responsible for the missing shipment. Our team must be alerted to any delivery issues within 14 calendar days in order to properly assist. Please reach out to us to have a new order charged and processed. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping, when needed.

We know how frustrating it is when packages are stolen, accidentally picked up by others, put in your neighbor's mailbox, etc., but we are not able to take responsibility for the shipment after it leaves our facility.

We advise making certain your package is being shipped to the most secure location possible! If your tracking shows your shipment as "delivered," but you do not have the package we suggest the following:
- Make certain you entered the correct address when ordering. Please note: Sundays is not able to offer refunds or replacements for for delivery issues related to incorrect addresses at the time of purchase.

- We know sometimes situations are dire when it comes to feeding your pup, but we often suggest waiting a day or so to see if it gets delivered. From our experiences, postal workers often mark packages as delivered, because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

- Ask your neighbors! Packages are often mis-delivered! Especially if you live in a new development or apartment complex.

- Get in touch with your local post office to see if they are holding it for you! Sometimes they forget to leave pick-up notices.
