Delivery issues are the worst! We know sometimes situations are dire when it comes to feeding your pup, but we often suggest waiting a day or so to see if it gets delivered.

We typically ask that you give the carrier 24-48 hours for the order to arrive once it has been marked as delivered.

We know that there is sometimes a delay between the order being marked as delivered and when it is actually received.
